Postpartum care after birth! 🚽 🧻 Let’s break down the process:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 1️⃣ Fill up your squirt bottle with lukewarm water and set it near you ⁣⁣ 2️⃣ Sit down and squirt the water from front to back as your peeing⁣⁣ 3️⃣ Take some toilet paper and pat⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Now you’re ready to change your pad!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 1️⃣ Throw the old one in the garbage⁣⁣ 2️⃣ Open a new one and stick it onto your underwear⁣⁣ 3️⃣ If you’re using tucks pads or hemorrhoid cream, apply a pad or some cream⁣⁣ 4️⃣ Spray a bunch of numbing spray all over the area⁣⁣ 5️⃣ Pull up your pants!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ This might be common sense to some, but I feel like it would have helped me feel less overwhelmed if someone had actually shown me what that process looked like 💖⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 👉🏻 Save this post for when you need it!
